Steve Ircha serves as the Senior Managing Director of Aegis Capital Corp., a national securities firm. Steve has been helping high net worth individual and institutional clients invest their money since June of 1986. At Aegis Capital, we clear our business through RBC Correspondent Services.

Steve graduated with a degree in International Business from New York University in 1983. In 1991, Steve graduated from Brooklyn Law School earning his JD law degree. In 2004 Steve attended the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He completed this program in 2007. There he explored crucial business challenges from finance, marketing, and business control to more forward-looking topics such as leadership, strategy, and global markets.
 

Steve and his wife, Jane, have been married for 31 years and are the proud parents of five. Steve has served as an Assistant Scoutmaster with his son’s Boy Scout troop. He also chaired the Community FOS committee for the Westchester Putnam Council Boy Scouts of America. When not working or attending his children’s performances and games, Steve also enjoys watching football with his sister Suzanne and brother-in-law Woody Johnson, owner of the New York Jets football team and United States Ambassador Emeritus to the UK, Court of St. James.

Jane Ircha, Senior Vice President of Investments, is Steve's partner in the practice and brings more than 25 years of Wall Street experience, beginning in 1992 at Neuberger & Berman in New York and later at McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel Securities. A registered representative with Aegis Capital Corp. since 2012 and an Investment Adviser Representative since 2024, she holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 licenses. Jane is a 1990 graduate of Tufts University with degrees in International Relations and Political Science, and she studied abroad at L'Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris. In the community, Jane serves as a troop leader in their daughter's Girl Scouts troop, volunteers at the Help Our People Eat food pantry, and is a member of Rotary International.

Richard Palmadesso, Senior Vice President of Investments, is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Economics. A licensed financial professional with 25 years of experience, Richard has worked alongside Steve since 1999 and is a registered representative with Aegis Capital Corp. in our Bronxville office. Richard and his fiancée, Bridget, are avid boaters and sports enthusiasts. With Steve, Jane and Richard, clients always have an experienced advisor they know ready to help.
